Bush said tax cuts would create jobs and prosperity.
Boehner and Cantor said the same things.
Where are the jobs?
Where is the prosperity?
Bush's tax cuts have been in continuous effect for more than a decade.
America went from having a surplus to record debt.
The GOP claims that even more tax cuts will turn things around.
Where are the jobs they promised over 10 years ago?
\\\legion/// is claiming no jobs were created....and that only the gop promised jobs. did obama promise jobs last labor day? funny how you don't call him out...oh yeah, because you support him. you don't call out the the thread bullshit, oh no, you zero in on the righty and let the leftwing bullshit fly by unhindered.
Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.
Anyone else notice that the addition of jobs we were seeing in 2009 after the market began to rebound abruptly stopped once Obamacare was forced down the country's throat?
Quote from Cypress:
"Scientists don't use "averages". Maybe armchair supertools on message boards ascribe some meaning to "averages" between two random data points. And maybe clueless amatuers "draw a straight line" through two random end data points to define a "trend". Experts don't.
They use mean annual and five year means in trend analysis. Don't tell me I have to explain the difference to you. "
The stimulus was never supposed to restore the unemployment rate to sub-5% levels on its own. I'm not sure where you got that. It was supposed to create jobs & turn the tide, so that the private sector could take over. That hasn't happened yet.
But it's ludicrous for you & Yurt to try to assert that no jobs were created, or that it didn't add jobs in any way. It fell short of targets, but still created hundreds of thousands of jobs.
Bush promised jobs for eight years.
The GOP continues to say that tax cuts will create jobs.
Where are they?
