How you can spin ANY of this as positive is beyond me. Like I said, maybe Reagan didn't have any control of this. Maybe it was just Oliver North and Wild Bill Casey. If so then Reagan had no control of his cabinet. If he did have control of his cabinet, then he lied under oath about knowing about Arms for hostages and money to the Contras.
