Now I suppose you will continue to claim that the downturn was their fault and they created it all in one year in which they did not control the pursestrings.


What happened in this country could have been porevented the the R party, they didnt prevent it they played right into it.


This was the rights doing and trying to FORCE even half of the blame on democrats is dishonest as hell.

congress controls the purse strings of this country. whatever party that has control, can be blamed for any fallout. since both parties have had control, both parties can be blamed. 50/50.

Lead the country with skill after 9/11, thanks to co-operation from everyone in Washington...

Won a war in 21 days, with a coalition of 49 country s, ousted a murderous tyrant and gave an entire population of millions, a chance at self government...a war that required support by more that a few Democrats to even begin.

Presided over a country at full employment, 4.5 to 6 % unemployment and a booming stock market...

No personal scandals amid a scathing effort by a media to disrespect him and his wife and daughters and to destroy his Presidency....


And ironically, the comedy of "its Bushs fault" continues....

Having control of congress gave the Democrats the ability to prevent Republicans from pressing on with their agenda. The Republicans still have veto power, and so the Demcorats couldn't pass any real policy. So the policy was essentially carried over from previous administration until Obama vanquished the Republican monsters in 2008.

If you ask me they both had the same agenda.

The people (tax payers mainly) started yelling about it and for the first time in my life one of these criminal parties (the republicans) listened. Not the democrats.

They're both to blame, but the dems have accelerated the problem, and still won't listen. I bet they pay a very big price for their crimes against the constitution and the tax payers.
