Can you please stop the BS once and for all that Hoover was a free market Capitalistic Republican? Bush isn't either (Sarbanes-Oxley, Pill Bill, huge education increase) and Obama's "change" is only promoting the same ideas with yet more government regulation, involvement and funding.
