Taxes/regulations are so high, so no one can afford to eat well. All you can eat restaurants are unheard of.
Sure you get less fat people, but less muscular ones too.
My impression was most were skinny with a small pot.
Dano, we aren't an African country. Our standard of living is as good as yours.
We have plenty of all you can eat restaurants, I ate at the Big Wok (all you can eat Chinese) on tuesday night.
We aren't (yet) as fat as the US, and hopefully won't reach that gargantuan size after the recent healthy living kick we have experienced.
Skinny with a small pot? Yeah, and ALL Americans are big fat bloaters who can't get out of there seats without puffing and panting for thrity minutes....

Of course there are exception but this seems to be the trend.
Out of Europe though I would say the hottest are from Eastern Europe. Especially the Czech Republic and Russia from what I have seen.
