Okay...
On the one hand it appears we have an anti-abortion whack-a-doodle. On the other hand, does anyone have a problem with a 12-year-old girl getting an abortion for some reason and the state where it's happening is not stepping in with a criminal investigation as to why that is?

A 12 year old cannot give consent. So, no matter what she does, if you fuck her, you can be charged with rape.
Precisely! Anyone asking if rape has been established in this case is simply not thinking the issue through. And anyone who thinks that forcing a 12 year old girl to actually carry the pregnancy to term probably thinks of Torquemada as a role model.
Since it's obviously a red state since she has to leave it for an abortion I's say it's probably a congressman.
Either that or her uncle.

It depends on your location in that state. It might be a shorter distance to go to another blue state that is adjacent rather than an in-state provider, for example. We don't know, not enough information is given.
