Also, how much time and money did she waste getting sleeved with all those tats? Tats aren't exactly cheap, and being sleeved like she is takes a considerable amount of time. She has time to make videos on X. She has time to get a job. She's got a smart phone. Seems she's doing pretty well for sitting around on her dead, useless, ass.

I wouldn't go that far. I'd say the basics should be distributed to recipients in the form of a 'shame' box that is clearly marked as being SNAP benefits. That would constitute say 75% of the program. For the other 25% the recipient can go to the grocery store and buy goods--not junk food or highly processed foods--of their choice to supplement that. They should also have to attend mandatory home economics classes and demonstrate on written short answer, essay exams, NO MULTIPLE CHOICE!, that they have mastered the course content. That means things like how to manage a budget. How to cook. How to clean and keep house. You want government benefits? Then you have to work to deserve them.
