For many many decades voters REQUESTED a mail in ballot. Ballots weren't just sent to every registered voter. In the past the number of mail in ballots were a tiny fraction of the 93 million mail in votes cat in 2020. Registrar offices were overwhelmed and began to cut corners on signature verification. So you admit there is not equal protection by the law. The Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law.

Mail in ballots are fraught with nearly untraceable fraud, as we learned when tens of millions of unvetted, unverified, unsolicited mail in ballots were added to the total ballot count, in blatant violation of both Federal and state election law, before they could be verified in 2020.



Plus it can only be done by the state legislatures, per Article I, Section 4 of the US Constitution, I'm ;pretty sure.

Not if the voter has died or votes in person or has moved out of state or out of the country or just chooses not to vote or is in an Alzheimer unit.

There are several people who went to vote in person only to be told they had already voted.

If the true "voter" is dead or had moved the fraudulent voter would be taking the risk that this fact might be known or be discovered leading to his or her arrest, obviously a foolish risk to take for the sake of a single vote. Which probably is why there is no evidence of it occurring.

So? If I got a ballot for someone else, explain then how I could possibly duplicate their signature on the outside. I can't. Neither can you. If If the sigs don't match, the ballot is set aside and the person to whom it belongs is given a chance to perfect it. If the voting authority cannot contact them in time, the ballot is discarded.

To get rid of mail-in voting, he'll have to disenfranchise thousands of military members and American citizens temporarily overseas. Think about which party they usually support.

If Trump gets rid of voting machines -- which CAN check for duplicate ballots and catch fraud -- his little cabal of modern day Nazis will be flooding the polling places with fraudulent ballots. This is just another step on the way to a totalitarian Putinesque country.
