States make their own election laws, not Trump.

Neither Trump, nor Fox, nor any MAGA moron has ever shown tangible evidence that the system is riven with fraud at a measurable scale that would sway an election. Hundreds of investigations and court cases have shown the opposite.

They can show that people who were not the intended voter receive ballots that were not intended for them.

Some people? How many? Is it a problem? Do you vote by mail? You still sign and date the ballot. The signature is checked. You assume others are like Trumpys and do not respect the law. You apparently would try and use an illegal ballot and assume others would too.
If that ballot were used, and the person who moved, voted . There would be 2 ballots for the same person and it would be checked for fraud.

Mail in ballots are fraught with nearly untraceable fraud, as we learned when tens of millions of unvetted, unverified, unsolicited mail in ballots were added to the total ballot count, in blatant violation of both Federal and state election law, before they could be verified in 2020.



Plus it can only be done by the state legislatures, per Article I, Section 4 of the US Constitution, I'm ;pretty sure.

President Trump announced Monday that he plans to sign an executive order to eliminate mail-in ballots and “seriously controversial” voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

They may not have their names but no one is watching them cast their votes. If they live at the same apartment that a person that lived there before them has still listed on their voters registration form. The other person's voter registration will be sent to their address. There were lots of people that received ballots that were not theirs.

I have no problem with a person with a medical reason REQUESTING a mail in ballot. But mass mailing out ballots is insane.
