Personally I think it's a bad law. It violates voters' rights to elect any candidate they choose to, just because far right wing Democrats and Republican losers got butthurt over FDR. FDR's term limits were built in already; he died during his fourth term. Though it is true none of the Presidents since since LBJ deserved to serve even one term.
