Transformative is a neutral term and the result can be either good or bad and in Trump's case it is clearly bad so no he does not belong on anything but another mug shot, Plus he would need to stand in line as this Potus, while not great, was far better than Trump, as he repaired the terrible economy he inherited from Bush while Trump ruined the strong ones he inherited from Obama and Biden.
