Stocks on Wednesday boasted solid gains after a string of major Democratic primary victories for former Vice President Joe Biden and a flood of global central bank stimulus.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average had gained more than 500 points, a roughly 2-percent rise, shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday as the S&P 500 rose 1.7 percent and the Nasdaq Composite rose 1.5 percent.

Wall Street analysts attributed Wednesday’s strong open to a rally in health care stock prices likely driven by Biden’s resounding Super Tuesday wins. Biden is seen among investors as less of a threat to the health care industry than his chief rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who has proposed a nationalized health care system that would supplant private insurers.

“I think this really has been well received on Wall Street as a wonderful Wednesday for Joe Biden,” said Jeff Kilburg, chief executive of investment firm KKM Financial,

Uh oh, this had to hurt! A FOX'r saying Biden caused a "market bounce"...

A Fox News segment explained on Wednesday that the stock markets are enjoying a “Biden bounce” after former Vice President Joe Biden over-performed in Super Tuesday primaries.

Fox News host Ed Henry noted on Wednesday morning that the market had surged more than 500 points after Biden’s strong Super Tuesday showing.

That's the gist that seems to have escaped the lefties. President Trump isn't alarmed by facing Bernie, and never was, AFAIK.

Trump and PUTIN wants TRUMP to run against Bernie. I'll assume PUTIN wants it more.

Remember, when TRUMP leaves, he has an AVALANCHE of legal problems awaiting him. Not to mention the BILLs!! He desperately needs to be president to stay out of JAIL and solvent.

Did a voice in your head tell you that?

I just read. It's not hard, it's a habit I picked up in the 1st grade.

TRUMP and PUTIN want Trump to go against Bernie. Neither have done anything YET. (Not nyet). Putin hasn't done anything YET. Trump doesn't want him to do anything YET. Well until yesterday!!

I need to go back to watching RT. Bernie got lots of little mentions 3, 4, 5 weeks ago. Then nothing.

Late on Friday, the Washington Post published a story that caused major ripples through the progressive political world, headlined, "Bernie Sanders briefed by U.S. officials that Russia is trying to help his presidential campaign." This report was a follow-up to a similar report, from earlier in the week, that Russian intelligence agencies, as in 2016, are seeking to interfere in the 2020 election with an eye towards re-electing Donald Trump.

The responses from Sanders and Trump to these twin revelations couldn't have been more different. Sanders released a statement saying, "My message to Putin is clear: Stay out of American elections" and noting that some "of the ugly stuff on the Internet attributed to our campaign" is likely coming from Russian agents and not supporters...

Feb 25, 2020 - Bernie Sanders responded to Mike Bloomberg's claim that Vladimir Putin wants him to be the Democratic nominee so that President Trump will be reelected. ... Do you think Senator Sanders' economy would be better for America than President Trump? ... SANDERS: Let me tell Mr. Putin okay I'm ...

The power of the wealthy is being felt. They do want to give up the money train that they created. They want more. they always want more. Money=power. Bernie threatened to change the system to help the masses more. The wealthy wanted no part of that. They had hope with Bloomberg to win without any election differences.. Now the "moderate" Biden is leading and they are happy. Not much will change if he wins.

Fox News host Ed Henry noted on Wednesday morning that the market had surged more than 500 points after Biden’s strong Super Tuesday showing.

Henry was the moderator of the CNN Inside Politics broadcast when Robert Novak stormed off the set, on August 4, 2005, during a live discussion with James Carville, about Florida Republican Representative Katherine Harris' just-announced 2006 bid for U.S. Senate. Henry carried on with just Carville for the remainder of the segment.[8]

After covering the White House for CNN since March 2006, Henry became CNN’s senior White House correspondent in December 2008.
