Most of the 117 people onboard the $214 dollar one way flight were not Americans.... we were all admitted.

What is to stop these people from overstaying and thus being here illegally?

well they came in legally.so we know who the hell they are, and if they came in contact with "officials"
on a VISA overstay, they would face deportation.

At least they would have back before sanctuary states and other assaults on our immigration system by goofball Dems

At least the people that were on the fight had to have a passport and visa and were vetted by our government. People that sneak across the border don't.

You know where they are? Really, how?

Why would they face deportation any differently than one who crossed the border from Mexico?

No visa required, and not vetted. All they needed was a passport from Panama or from any of the other Central American nations.

Panama City Florida?

How do you know most were not citizens; did you ask to see all of their passports?

Nothing can prevent them from overstaying; but they won't be able to work, get a license or do much of anything if they stay.

How many were on one way tickets?

Passport validity
The standard requirement for passport validity is six months beyond the expected date of departure from the United States. However, the US has signed agreements with a number of countries to waive this requirement.[88]

Return or onward ticket
If entering the United States by air or sea, additional requirements apply. The traveler must:

Be traveling on a participating commercial carrier and;
Be holding a valid return or onward ticket, dated within the 90 days period.

No visa required, and not vetted. All they needed was a passport from Panama or from any of the other Central American nations.

The Visa is given at the border you idiot. When they ask you what your purpose is and how long you are staying. Dunce. You also have to have a RETURN ticket if you are not a resident or citizen. Dunce.

There are more, far more people here illegally who have overstayed their visas, than those undocumented wh cross the southern border. Your leader doesn't seem to care, since he never mentions it.
