What was released was a memorandum, do you have any clue as to what that is? In fact there was testimony at the Congressional hearings that parts of this MEMORANDUM have been altered.

Of course he doesn't have to allow his people to testify, its only the guilty who will not. Innocent people have nothing to hide.
