This is the forcing equation for CO2.

Delta F = 5.34 * ln{C/C_0}

where C_0 is the initial CO2 concentration and C is the incremental value. A doubling of CO2 alone give a forcing of ~3.7 W/m2 which at equilibrium is balanced by a surface temperature rise of 1.1C by applying Stefan Boltzmann’s law.

Fracking not only produced natural gas at costs that crushed the competition from coal, it increase the county's reserves by an astonishing amount. Add in the costs and logistics of rail transportation for coal and ash, ash disposal costs, and bulk material handling costs and logistics, the decision to use natural gas over coal was a no-brainer. It has everything to do with the thread. Given that trump takes credit for all of Obama's successes, the unwanted pregnancy via affordable contraception is one issue that trump will brag about reversing.

Clean energy is finally becoming economically viable. Even with Trump putting up all these roadblocks it doesn't hurt it too much. They don't need the training wheels anymore, the free market is doing its job.

Trying to follow this, a doubling of carbon dioxide greenhouse gas forces about 3.7 watts per meter sq., and then you say the black body radiation constant equation balances it?
How does what you said show me that a doubling of co2 continuously produces a linear increase in temperature? And how does that even if true prove the change in ave global temp
does not meet a point of irreversibility?
