Yeah by the constitution it is by definition legal. If it makes you made amend the constitution.

This is not relevant to the subject anyway. The administration is not sure if some people in an area are citizens, so it just assumes that they're all not. How the fuck does that make sense? The federal government has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they *are not* citizens, but Trump is just trying to take administrative actions to bypass the law.

Obama stopped when the courts shut him down, because he respected the law and the constitution. Trump is looking for precedents to massively overapply to remove as many hispanics as possible, the definitions are going to get wider and wider and more uncertain over time. That's how this is going to play out. His goal is not to end illegal immigration. It's to get rid of hispanic Americans.

Some woman from Timbuktu flies in here for a week to have a baby, ... then flies back out never to return. 25 years later, the kid is now a trained spy and returns as an 'American'. I was trying to present two scenarios.

A. Some guy that's been here 40 years, been in the Military, is gainfully employed.
B. Some guy that's never been brought up here, knows nothing about America, could be a national threat.

Who's the American and who isn't?

Might be time to come up with something intelligent?

This is how it begins, or should I say continues. It's like murdering unarmed black folk in the streets with impunity. Like for profit prisons and detention/detainment centers with lobbyist cash infusions and think tank orchestrated legislation supporting the business model in a post-industrial society sans livable wage employment for all while the poor are demonized and any semblance of the notion of equality has become pejorative. Like the legalized slavery of convict labor leasing to corporations. Like the militarization of police departments trained in population control, community occupation and protest/strike breaking. Like decades of continued extraction, concentration and redistribution of societal wealth while wages have remained stagnant since the 70’s as increased worker productivity generated wealth was siphoned off into the coffers of those with more wealth and power to fund global occupation and economic colonization. Like a society with the worst healthcare system in the world amongst advanced post-industrial nations with 1 in 5 children growing up in poverty so we can afford occupying the planet militarily with 8 current endless non-defensive wars of aggression and new drone bases crisscrossing Africa. Like a society ostensibly founded upon freedom, privacy and liberty in which its population is economically controlled and allowed to have guns as a salve while every citizen is under constant corporate state surveillance and accepts such as they feed on the very type of corporate state propaganda they were socialized to despise in other societies. Like a nation built upon democratic representation with an alleged two party system, one of which is merely designed to absorb/diffuse any pushback energy from the unsubstantial people as challenges arise when distraction and division do not suffice, which in essence serves the same concentrated wealth cohort and serves as a positive feedback loop.

Predation, not cooperation, is the american way, we learned to buy into it and turn it on each other, it’s the real reason we know the year 1492, it was pretty much like all the other diseases that came and devastated the people who were already here. Competition. It eats itself in the end, and american capitalism is predation/competition. What the empire has done elsewhere will come home, always does. Enjoy the wind down of the heady ride. It’s eaten populations before with far cruder technology, the world got too small for the ego, techonology and capitalism of Eurocentric perceptual reality. On the otherhand, Eurocentric perceptual reality is what’s too small. Fitting perhaps that white nationalism is on the rise in America.

The angle I've read is that this comes from midwifing that happened in the 1950s(-60s?), in some area of the southwest and that there were some fudged birth certificates, but that the excuse is being hyped into removal of some, document denials, etc. Problem is, media is utterly corporate state owned.

I really need to dig more in the current social environment.

Either way, I think we all need to keep eyeballs peeled. That can be turned on anyone, anytime. Obama got to take out american citizens sans any judicial review. Now this? There's profit in caging folks.

My view; If you're here, you're here. That's not everybody's view. Some say the cut off should be 10 years, others say 'when did you arrive'? This seems 'solvable'. I think it's just some bullshit 'political issue' that's being ginned up.
These Chinese and Russian babies being born here then whisked back to Beijing and Moscow is a bigger concern to me than some guy working 'Lawn Maintenance'.
